Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor while maintaining appropriate language for all ages, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I am more partial to the bodice variant, similar to her first astonishing x-men outfit, but you know, with a bodice instead of the crop top. Also needs the cape.
Ballora And the Minireenas: That is definitely a given if we are thinking anything in Morrison’s run and onwards. Prior to that is unlikely. Since I’m hoping for the bodice version, I’m with ya.

Yeah both past versions sucked and the lesser of the evils (puck wave) is rediculously expensive to get. We def need a new one.

Psylocke is my favorite character in comics period so definitely grabbing both versions, plus likely to do a custom on a Moonstone body type buck seeing as how its the body she should have had to begin with. Headsculpt looks great, super pleased with the accessories, but they dropped the ball on not using the moonstone buck on Betsy.
Shartimus, no need to find excuses - we ALL know why you’d prefer the Moonstone body mould 😉

It depends on the artist more of what she is supposed to be. I do believe in the Uncanny X-Force series, Psylocke did not have purple highlights to her hair.

Great review but The butterfly effect is generally a representation of her telepathy. She does development telekinesis but it's after using the Crimson Dawn enhanced telepathy to trap the Shadow King in the astral plane. Love ya, man! You work your butt off and your reviews always brighten my day. I'm a drummer too so much love, diddles, & flams to you! I always appreciate everything you do!
I agree, the moonstone body mold should have been the one, but I'ma definitely getting this whole wave, and maybe some doubles.
I'm waiting for my Psylocke I ordered from Amazon don't care if black or purple hair been wanting and update since Hasbro has been making female figures look great.

(After watching) yep. Personally, I think the Moonstone body Mold should be reserved for bruiser type female fighters like Rogue. Athletic and acrobatic females probably should have slimmer builds.

i think she should have had black hair with either streaks of purple or maybe have the hair be mostly black with it gradating into purple towards the bottom of the hair

I also think the black hair version was a mistake by the factory and the black hair version was supposed to be a run for next year for a Uncanny X-Force Psylocke. Plus as was shown in your video is the Silk head is way too big because that being said when Silk was first introduced and found by Peter Parker, she was not a teenager, she was already in her 20's and had what I would call a very high sexual chemistry when she was around Peter and with Peter being in his 30's would have been criminal being with a teenager. This is as you mentioned as I will as well, use the Psylocke head with Silk hair to make a more accurate Silk. I do believe later on in her own series Marvel kind of under the radar made Silk younger and got away from the whole Silk, Peter sexual chemistry thing.
Of course Silk's head being too big has nothing todo with what I just said, just an observation net to the Psylocke but for me was always too big and is the Kitty Pride head both are very well done though.

Don't get me wrong this is a great looking Psylocke figure, the best yet. However, I would have preferred the Jim Lee design with all of the smaller straps going down the right leg like the earlier Toy Biz release
i got psylocke yesterday morning at target and she had the purple hair.
Tbh Magneto is my favorite except for that cape that is very loose. But I still like him cuz of the red and black design

I don't know what mold was used for Rogue; but I wish they used the same mold for psylocke
I can't say for sure, but it looks like whoever did the face sculpt was using pictures of Linda Le (cosplayer) as reference. If they weren't, well, that's a helluva coincidence. And as a person of Japanese ancestry, I think she looks more Chinese or Vietnamese than Japanese. Still the best look she's been given so far, regardless. I probably would've chosen the Moonstone body and Silk head for this character.

Hi there cool videos. Question... which Psylocke was made first? Purple hair or black hair. Is one more rare than the other?
So all we need is Gambit and Beast and we have the entire 90's Blue Team.
Took them long enough to make a proper katana that doesn't taper to a point and with a handle that isn't oversized!
God willing they'll burn the old style katana molds and start giving us these ones along with sheathes and in traditional metallic colors.
