Yeah looks bloody beautiful Dean,it's great to see how your confidence has grown since you started, well done, loved the benny Hill music when you were preparing.
I would add something green to the mix such as diced string or runner beans, just for the texture and colour. Also I would suggest making this with a “Bain Marie” which is placing your baking tin inside a baking tray in the oven and then pouring a boiling kettle of water into the tray so that the baking tin is surrounded by boiling water, but not floating. This helps to keep the dish moist without getting it watery. As for serving it, I would suggest either a small salad or as the English abroad are prone to do a serving of fried potato chips.
Hey Deano, you could try a Spanish tortilla for a budget meal. Very similar to the frittata you made but more traditional and less ingredients. Only potatoes, onions and eggs. Still super delicious though.
That looks delicious. A good filling meal. My sister makes this with normal potatoes. Fantastic job you did there. You could have coleslaw and salad with this or broccoli.
Brilliant... Just brilliant!!... Watch out if you carry on like this your Mrs will have you on full tea time duties!!!... Sending love and best wishes from Nottingham... Xxx
@@JustDeano tbh love I'm not so big up on eateries... Notts city centre has changed so much since I frequented the pubs!!!.. Aaah fond memories!!!... Lol... But I really am enjoying your vids so keep up the excellent work!!!.. Xxx
I wonder if the tinned veg are suggested instead of fresh or frozen because they are the items I have noticed in the food bank donation bin in supermarkets. The frittata looked good
Why aren’t we growing our own tomato’s in this country instead of getting them from Morocco - there’s enough industrial commercial green houses surely?
I bet some numpty at Asda got paid quite a lot of money to come up with these recipes and so far that is twice that they have messed up with the ingredients and or the instructions...not too clever Asda!!
Looks fab - I think you've found a bit of a hidden talent

You da man Deano
Please don't stop. Thanks for the upload chap.
That looks bangin'. I usually use potatoes, onions and diced peppers but mushrooms would be good as well.
I do enjoy a frittata. You can make them with many fillings. I often make them with left-over vegetables, for example. Thank you for the video.
Oh that looks soo nice definitely going to make this 😋

Cut the potatoes along the length, less cutting longer slices, just an idea.

We don't do frittata in Spain! It's Italian. No self respecting Spaniard would cook or eat this in the name of their nation! Looks yum, tho...
