I can confirm that the person reported being dead is a different Davut Özkan. Besides the different ages, TCAP Davuts surname is Özkan, while the one who died has Özkan as his second name and Babacan as surname. So the one who commited suicides name is actually Davut Babacan. He was also from a different province. I remember reading somewhere, that someone found Davut on facebook and that he was working as some sort of engineer in Ukraine. He deactivated his account, when someone tried to reeach out to him relating to TCAP. This was at least 6 to 8 years ago.
