I am Japanese. This drama was introduced to a Korean living in China. It was a very nice drama. And this RUclips is also very nice. The cast of this drama is also very cool and nice. I watch it over and over again. I like it better than Japanese dramas. I like content that is not centered around love stories. I was very impressed with the Chinese program.
This is a very well-picked cast for a great drama. I miss them and still haven't given up hope for a sequel, prequel or whatever of Nirvana in Fire with the same cast.

True when all casts make a lasting impression and you love them all, even the villains. Some movies and tv series, when asked if I’ve seen them, I could not recall but this one, right away I remember the title, the characters, the plots, of course the birthdays, and even the small details.
One of d best drama ever that made me started to watch C drama. I rewatched this after another great C drama The Long Ballad where Wei Lu (Fei Lu) has grown up handsomely n is d hero Ashile Sun. So came back to reminisce him as little impy Fei Lu :)
i can say that their beauty and handsomeness are much much better in costume drama than the in person or without the costume...but Mei Changsu is different lols he is hot with or without the costumes...surprised that Commander is hot too. Feli Liu is cute in costume, so innocent. Xie Bie, Lanziang are hotties too. Eunuch is not that old lols
I love this series. The story line is very good. It make Huge become the international Superstar and bring China entertainment by storm. I am a fan watching from Middle East.

Nirvana2 has came out, but all of the actors are different. It told the story after Jingyan died, which is a totally tragedy.
