Can I just say something... I know there will be other people triggered by this too but the title says 'EXCLUSIVELY FOR GIRLS' and the first thing is weight related.... It isn't just girls who struggle with weight and this is just making more people feel that they need to become a different person for someone else (e.g becoming thinner for your BF/GF or someone else)
I hate to think that people are insecure about things like weight. TBH I couldn't care less if someone was (as some people would say) "fat"

Instead of doing a lot of these hacks, just buy clothes that fit! Instead of using a paper clip to hook a bra on your body, you could just wear the right sized bra! Amazing, right? Or instead of using a hair tie to make your pants hook, but pants that fit you!!!! And if a dress makes you look fat you could wrap yourself in saran wrap like a piece of meat, OR you could wear a dress that makes you feel fabulous and confident without that! Or wear spanks if you really just have to wear that specific dress because that Saran Wrap thing just looks so uncomfortable.. spanks aren’t that expensive and you can literally find them at target. I like a lot of these hacks but goodness gracious these few kill me. I mean I get it if like you’ve just got these things in the back of your wardrobe and everything else is in the wash and you have to make do in a pinch but seriously these do not need to be everyday things.

Just a note: Aspirin is "salicylic acid" basically..a popular ingredient in a lot of scrubs etc and is a multi use product made from the BB ark of a type of willow tree (Family "Salix")And ..Aloe vera juice (food grade or homemade added to a smoothie)is very useful for upset stomach or treating an ulcer when added in small amount s- *disguise the taste as much as possible! It's slimy and gross!

I myself don’t struggle with weight as much, but I can say this:
If you are not the weight you want to be, don’t hurt yourself. If you are thin, don’t make yourself thinner with drugs, or not eating. Same with being overweight. Screw other people who may judge or hurt you. Brush them away like a fly. Yes, flies may be persistent, but they don’t last forever. You will pull through whatever struggles you have in life. However much you weigh, you are beautiful and I by the power of words, I say you shall *not* harm yourself or look down upon yourself in any way!

Burning off your fly-away hairs with a lit candle is a TERRIBLE idea. Please don't do this. #1. It definitely does NOT work to remove split ends. #2. You can DIE or really harm yourself. (Facial burns aren't fun)
To remove fly-away hairs and split ends, have your hair trimmed regularly! (Monthly) Use a smoothing or damage repair shampoo/conditioner combo, and a good serum or leave in conditioner - And AVOID using heat styling tools, using dye on your hair, teasing hair for volume, brushing your hair while wet, and anything else that will cause damage or any breakage to hair.
Develop some "Wet hair styling" techniques to avoid heat tools, consider protective styling options, and also consider adding a weekly Moisturizing / Damage repair leave in hair masque to your regimen - Along with a regular hair trim. For severely damaged hair, reach out to your local salon for a Keratin treatment to get ahead of things!
PLEASE don't ever attempt to burn your split ends/fly-aways off under ANY circumstance! You'll be doing MUCH more damage to your hair, and putting yourself in a risky situation. Hair is HIGHLY FLAMMIBLE!
SHAME on 5-minute crafts for including this dangerous "hack" due to lack of other, true tested and genuine hacks. Putting content out to a primarily young audience like this is a nightmare.
