I’m a full time working mom with 2 babies (+2 dogs) and just like you said, my digestive systems, colons, body ache especially in the wrist, arms and upper body area were out of control after the second baby😢 luckily I found a great massage therapist’s. Can’t wait to hear your tips around everything else and definitely will try Miccola! I also put every effort to continue a 30 min cardio 3-5 times a week and slowly increasing strength exercises after baby turns 1 yr old ❤ she’s almost 21 months now and I’m proud to say I lost my pregnancy weight + more! One tip I would add for others is probiotics and debloating tea (natural ones) !
Same!!! Digestive systems , colons, body ache in wrist and arms and back were out of control x 2😭😭 not sure I should lose some weight first or to deal with these first, after 5 mths I hv a feeling that I can’t do both at once

好基本一個禮拜就會見到皮膚變得冇咁乾,但係如果細紋啊、甚至整體望到皮膚真係變得緊致、輪廓都鮮明左嘅話,我覺得要飲一兩個月

雨僑,你試下盡量坐低抱bb,等佢從小習慣下,如果唔係成日企係度抱一陣用錯力就累啦,或者用下bb背帶,可拆式既,拆左上面淨係比bb坐,你抱住bb咁,睇下會唔會好啲?
同埋我覺得係你食飯時飲太多湯水,我食飯時最多2碗湯(中碗)都冇胃酸過多,代茶我個陣都係擺其他時間慢慢分段飲
