I wonder how you train each side separately and then bring their functions together in a perfectly timed way - most of us would find that one side (dominant side) would begin to interfere with the other, because we are so sequential, rather than multitasked. I highly suspect it's prerecorded. The timing of the "drum" parts is out of sync between the video and the sound. Few times in the video he misses/forgets the "kick drum" yet the sound is still there.
