    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups of eggplant cut in long pieces (or 150 g). one cup = 250 ml
    - lime-size tamarind
    - 1 cup of water for tamarind water
    - 100 ml water for blending coconut paste
    - 2 cups of coconut pulp
    -1 tsp of coriander seeds
    - 1-2 chilis
    - 0,5 tsp of turmeric
    - 1 tsp of salt (half for eggpland, half into the sauce)
    - coconut oil or ghee (clarified butter)
    - black mustard seeds 0,5 tsp
    - a pinch of hing
    - 7-9 curry leaves
