Gobi masala - cauliflower curry (English subtitles)

Ingredients:
- cauliflower 300 g
- tomatoes 200 g
- 10-15 cashew nuts
- a pinch of hing
- cinnamon 1 stick
- cardamom 2 p.
- clove 2-3 p.
- cumin seeds 0,5 tsp
- chili 1-2 without seeds (seeds are the hottest part)
- coriander powder 1 tsp
- turmeric powder 1 tsp
- ginger powder 0,5 tsp or grated fresh ginger 1 cm
- fresh cream 1 Tbsp
- coriander leaves (optional)
- salt 0,5 tsp on cauliflower, 0,5 tsp to the sauce
- sugar 0,3 tsp
