I worry about them forcing home owners and hoteliers to take in these migrants. This is one situation where I would not feel at all constrained by law. Nobody enters my house without my permission. I think the idea that all law has to be underpinned by the consensus of the people has been entirely forgotten by the lawyers and politicians. This government system we have is weak and complacent to the point of instituting complete social meltdown with its disdain and revulsion at the former population of these Islands. Even Labour who cherish all the titles and pomp of the elite as much as any attacked the working man that put an English flag on his house so there is no party political cure for this broken system.

@@ryszard68 Very true. I will fight for it and own it as far as I am concerned whatever the courts say. They joke about an Englishmen's home is his castle but I think it will cease to be a joke and become a deadly serious confrontation between the state and the mass of people outside of the globally aligned M25 bubble the way things are going. I do not think the problem is just parliament as the law courts have just condoned a physical attack on one of our MPs. The immigration lawyers will just defeat anything Parliament does so it is a deep seated problem of an entire system of state order well past its use by date. I just hope these problems can be sorted democratically before it is too late. You only have to look at the highly effective firewalling of criminality from any criticism by our Civil Law courts to see what depths our legal system has reached and any morality can be circumvented for a fee by an eloquent Mr Loophole.
