Bought one yesterday and got it under a very good exchange deal on pixel 7, this is just a right phone for me in terms of size and comfort which matters a lot with modern functional looks and simple to use it as daily tool. Thank you
going from the 7 to this is a downgrade smaller screen size slower charging, lower quality screen protection and no reverse wireless charging. They got u😄
@@newfnshow031I wanted a smaller phone with rounded edges and with a good screen as well as full fledged AI loaded features. These attributes with sexy bay color is a awesome luxury for me !! By the way after using 8a for more than a week I'm happy to report that screen quality and zero heating makes it a very very good phone to own. Regarding pixel 7 it had many dents and al scratches at back as well as deteriorated battery coupled with heating issues plus 8a has 7 years of support and 7 rectangular shape was painful to use for prolonged usage. I got 70 percent of the value I paid for 7 plus a very good discount on the card and I paid 30 percent of 8a price , now you tell me is it a downgrade ?
I just bought it and before that I tested the camera of the Pixel 6 (used phone that looks in very good condition). The quality of the selfie camera of Pixel 6 seemed very high & sharp detailes compared to the Pixel 8a. But I couldn't notice much difference between the rear camera of both phones, in the end I chose to buy a new Pixel 8a instead of a used Pixel 6. And I paid an additional $ 100. Because I didn't feel comfortable buying a used phone that they may have used for a long time and I don't know if it has a problem or not. But I don't know if I made the right choice of buying Pixel 8a especially in the matter of camera quality and battery. What do you think? Also I bought a genuin Samsung charger 25W Type-C - C. And I don't know if is it good for my phone or not for the long term?
True, I've owned pixels since the 2. I was going to purchase a Samsung S24 base model , but ended up getting a pixel 7a. I love the way the phones work, they just feel so natural to me and homely. I also own an iPhone and that's a completely different story 🙄
Good video bro, your channel might be small at the moment but sure with a lot of quality. Maintain your true opinions and integrity as you grow, don't bent down to any brand.
Keep in mind that used phones are an option too. I was considering the Picel 8a, but purchased a used Pixel 7a off Amazon for $200. If they made the batteries a little bigger, I think Pixels would be the perfect phone to buy used.
Definitely have been enjoying this phone despite the hate on its price whenever its a phone thats gonna go on sale like others people love to hate on google which is sad they have steady improved which i enjoy looking forward to pixel 9
Definitely one of the better looking phones Google has put out; that blue is the perfect shade. Definitely hope they bring that forward into other products.

In Vietnam, pixel is hand-carried and currently has a pretty good price of $355. But the downside is that fast charging is only 18W, it should be at least 25W like Samsung, that would be better. It's really worth ditching 120Hz to get faster charging speeds. 18W is already old in 2023-2024.⌛
u def can't use this without a case. It's $500 not budget it's hella expensive. Just an fyi this phone takes just as long to charge as my 6. I would buy this 8a if it was cheaper or had reverse wireless charging or faster charging. As it is though i would pay $350 cash max.
You must not speak English as a first language. Because you can’t “play a basketball with Kim Kardashian”. You could, however, play a game of basketball with Kim.
Honestly thicker bezels is a pro to me. I keep accidentally touching the screen with my current phone.

You deserve million subscribers.
As far as I've always understood, gorilla glass 3 is less good than gorilla glass 5.
Still not a deal breaker.
I'm watching this on my new 8a.
Yeah, they both really nice, glass 5 just a little better. 8a though is well packed device, I like it 👍🏻

Can’t clock the accent, but I’ve heard it before… BRAZIL?!
sim pin, when they going to get rid of that.

Who cares about bezels their not that bad the Google pixel 8a is an amazing phone! Don't diss it over the stupid bezels lol
Does it run hot
@ yes it runs warm and very hot after a little bit I upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro max and I’m loving it

third algo comment!
7:25 wow that went downhill fast lol
google phone used prices are the best deal.
Agree 💯 I just saw $414 for excellent ref pixel 8, pretty nice deal
@@Mr8k. can't beat that price really... you can even find pixel 7 for $150, so waiting until the 9 releases might be the best time to get the 8
@Oldasianguy well then you're dumb
slices n stix... ask them to make it fresh for u and wait the 10 mins
The mint and Bay blue pixel 8 8 pro are amazing you obviously don't know what you're talking about😂
Both, pixel 8a and 8pro got“bay” color, but in fact it’s not the same color, they differ, I prefer the 8a bay.
I love Google's Pixel phones, but this 8a makes absolutely no sense, it's worse than the 8 in all aspects and the 8 only costs $50-100 more
I'd rather have a plastic back.
even a 4th comment. !!!
