I like to experiment by adding extracts to my cheese cake. Lemon , almond , orange . Baileys Irish cream , coffee liquor, cream de mint.Only 1 teaspoon.
I like this way of doing the pie crust. I gave my food processor away because I didn't use it that often and I didn't like to clean it.
I do mine like this but on wax paper. It never occurred to me to use a plastic bag. Brilliant!
If you don't want to use a plastic bag, then save a cereal box liner and crush your graham crackers in that. I remember Tawra telling us that she saves those and got me started to save some too. Can use them various ways. ❤

How many sheets of Graham cracker did you use?
This is my recipe when I make a graham cracker crust..this is crust for a pecan pie cheesecake so u can use regular sugar instead of brown if u prefer…and if you use an 8oz bowl of cool whip instead of the condensed cream (add sugar to taste and a little almond extract) it tastes much better and the filling hold up much better…in my opinion
2 cups graham cracker crumbs, either store-bought or use a food processor to create fine crumbs from whole graham crackers
⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed
½ cup salted butter, melted
What brand of mixer is that?
If I had been making the graham cracker crust, I would have poured the butter and sugar into the plastic bag and smushed it around. But that's just me. 🤷♀️
