Texting almost broke me recently. I was texting with this girl for almost a year, we live in the same city, but she has a BF, so no wonder there can't be no action. Eventually we got so into each other (or so I thought), we even shared some real deep stuff. She basically got over me with the excuse I was too egoistic for having grown feelings for her, and we blocked each other. So, the lesson learnt is that you should not spend lots of time texting a girl without meeting with her or spending time in real life - otherwise, you risk her getting rid of you once you are boring or a waste of her time. Nah, in theory that sounds good, but in actual practice (with the current social climate) that’s a real quick way to get blocked/rejected because you came on “too strong”. But every person is different, so I’m sure there’s some old school girls out there somewhere.
