    • @_Epsilon_
      @_Epsilon_ 19 дней назад

@@paolodenis5898 We can see "Ukrainian inspiration" that Zelensky decided to unleash on people of Donbass. Rest of Ukraine barely sees any action. Ukrainian president Poroshenko in 2014 said "Our kids will go to school, their kids will be sitting in basements". What "their" kids you think he was talking about? The ones Ukraine planned to go with a war against. And all those years they were building the largest ground army in Europe to roll over the region with over a million of Russian citizens. Big mistake. Now compare that to what supported by Ukraine Israel does in Gaza. Ukraine is essentially Israel if you think about it. They tried to turn Crimea and Donbass into Gaza by isolating and depriving them of food, electricity, water but failed. To start the war they didn't fail though but they are paying for it.

    CONGRATULATIONS!
This is an amazing achievement. To complete a marathon off only SIX WEEKS (!) training is not something the average person is capable of.
You are a special person and should be very proud of yourself.
I know what I am talking about as I had a friend who was a natural runner who loved running: - at 18/19 he used to run the 8 miles from Bridgnorth to Much Wenlock routinely, JUST FOR FUN (as in he wasn't actually training for anything) even in the summer heat. Anyway, years later he ran the London Marathon 3 or 4 times but, even a person like him - with a natural affinity for distance running - STILL NEEDED TO TRAIN FOR MONTHS on each occasion.
Considering that scary ability you also have to go into icy rivers, maybe you missed your calling and should have become a top-level endurance athlete!

@ElifromRussia You run for fun, lucky you !
In Ukraine they run from Russian missiles...
      They run for their lives...
You don't give a damn, as if nothing happened
      Business as usual
      ( Kremlin's money )
      Keep running,
the faults will always chase you...
      SHAME ON YOU
      NO MORE RUSSIAN PROPAGANDA !
      ( In memory of
      all Ukrainian civilian victims,
innocent children, teenagers, young people, the elderly
      killed by Russian barbarism
      and war crimes )
