Those were indeed numbers given... The accuracy of said number was well.... a bit wanked for some characters. Namely the fact that Goku was fighting someone who could blow up the moon during the 21st world martial arts tournament, which no one in One Piece is doing that crap, and the closest anyone in Naruto comes to that is cutting the moon in half. So, those two are already outclassed at that point. As for Saitama, though I will give credit that they didn't just write infinity up there, like a lot of OPM fans tend to do, he is still getting curb stomped into the dirt by the start of the android saga, based on the Diazenshuu account of the DB cosmology, and backwards scaling from Cell.

Saitama is only superior against Goku's DBZ forms and upto blue Sayan forms. Ui, Mui and Tui, And UGB are far more stronger than saitama's manga forms as well. Plus Omni god Goku is far more stronger than Berserker Saitama with the ability of reality changing powers which he used to bring vegeta's life back and alone Goku gave the entire god power to zalama / zarama for the fusion he needed for killing zeno while others became unsuccessful because of soren. Still think Berserker Saitama can win against Omni god Goku? Plus I'm talking about without breaking his one limiter Goku did these even though we haven't seen Goku's fight after breaking the first limiter. Saitama is only capable of winnning against Goku's blue forms and hardly upto UI form. Yes we don't know how strong Saitama is but also Saitama had never faced opponents like dragon ball villains. There are many episodes of dragon ball but few episodes of opm.... He was shown as main overpowered character from the beginning ever since he broke his limiter and nobody is OPM can even come close to his powers ( The powers we have seen so far ) while in dragon ball as a main protagonist Goku was never the strongest main character but his opponents were always stronger than him with time he became powerful and goes to par with those opponents but still he didn't defeated some of his opponents like beerus, hit, jiren all by himself etc. Saitama fanboys always compare Saitama can defeat Goku or he uses only 0.00001 % powers only etc etc for making their favourite hero win....but Saitama can only defeat the Goku of DBZ or upto maximum Ui. The current Goku we are seeing is far beyond powerful than the current Saitama. We have seen his more potential than saitama's. Saitama does not even come close to Goku's recent powers. Sure, up until the android saga of Dragon Ball, that is true. But at that point and further, Saitama is getting stomped into the dirt by any of the relevant fighters. Saitama is only multi solar system level (thousands of times), while the fighters at the first portion of the android saga are already very easily in the millions of times solar system level, if not significantly higher (based on the Diazenshuu account for Dragon Ball cosmology, and backwards scaling from Cell.).
