Most people who drink alcohol aren't going to quit, so taking a moderate and mindful approach to alcohol consumption is the way to go! In fact, most people who introduce mindful habits actually enjoy alcohol more :)
Thanks for the comment. Everyone is different, and we know that some aren't able to moderate. But if you do drink and feel like you overdo it every now and then, there are techniques you can use to be more mindful. We do it in every other area of our health, so why not give it a shot for something that nearly 75% of the population already does?
