- Recently, another group of our newly rescued dogs took the next step in their journey by completing arrival intake in the gentle, patient arms of our volunteers and staff. Once they complete medical intake, they will be available for adoption on our website. Stay tuned!

So many fur babies if I lived closer I would adopt one. I just lost my Bitzy after twelve years of unconditional love. She was my first dog ever and she will hold a place in my heart forever. Thank you for what you do.

I’m so glad to see some beautiful puppies rescued . I saw them off loading and was impressed how gorgeous most of them were. I raised one litter of Standard Poodles and have the two sons I chose to keep. Their mother and father both expired in past 8 months and they were 16 years old. I love these boys but know their time is beginning to have limits. They all have been highly trained and certified in good citizen and continued on until received l certification in therapy training. I’m interested in growing our pet family and retired from nursing and in good position to move forward with this desire. I saw many puppies and very young dogs off the van and my understanding was it took a couple weeks minimum to check dogs medically and emotionally and mentally before adoption process could be considered. But from this U-Tube video of 7/9 21 many of these beautiful curly haired full breed pups were being processed out to staff at Mill Center. Perhaps those t-shirts were people were just people who bought the t-shirts but majority I saw had word ‘ staff’ on them. There was a little red puppy that appeared to be a poodle but without observing the doggie more closely I’d little difficult. I was really interested in the puppy and felt my heart strings tugged. The were several other curly Haida babies too but the were already leaving before a week it seemed had even passed . The photographer is always stressing the dogs will take st least a week to 10 days to be processed and then possibly able to be looked st for adoption. What is primary is for all those animals to find living healthy homes to be adopted into. And I may sound like someone with sour grapes . I need to start the process and fill out an application to have on file . The breeds are very seldom ever announced to the public when unloaded or very little identification to perhaps locate a puppy or dog you might be drawn to . I love your rescue work and wished I lived there because I would seek to be employed or volunteered. I live in So Missouri and you mist likely travel through here since puppy mills are prevalent. I love your work and your programs and want the very best for your continued success. My first choice is to get a rescue puppy and would love another poodle Standard if Mini but not Toy. I’m looking at Cavapoo’s also. There are both Cavapoo and Standard Poodle breeders near by . I’m a great animal lover from childhood until current and will always want gods if st least a doggie to be in my life. I have s lovely little home with a security wooden fence in a med to large back lawn. Thank you for this long comment and my heart is very happy those beautiful puppies unloaded several day days ago have loving homes that were waiting fir them .
