Good guy Paul is , got a random one here and not saying it's true for all and I never even realised this untill recently, I've always been addicted to fitness / hard training, since 16 when I joined the army , and always thought it helped me out mentally, but I have realised over training actually makes me moody , depressed and feel so aggressive it's unreal , I chilled out accidentally for about 1 year and only done low level / medium intensity fitness and I always feel calm and mentally good from it , but the odd time I have had a day where I've over trained again or really pushed myself my head goes west and all the aggression and anxiety comes back , I know I'm waffling here but what I'm trying to say is I believe there is a link with extreme fitness/ Training and mental health problems , I say all this because I see Paul trains to the max and maybe he is doing what I have done for years thinking it is helping him when maybe not saying definitely it could be keeping some of the mental health issues alive , just my opinion and sort of a study of self I've noticed, who knows just a thought , good luck to Paul though proper genuine fella 👌 great podcast this

The witch hunt is just absolute 🎈🎈’s on youtube who have access to a camera on their phone and think uploading a 3 or 4 minute video to their “channel” is going to get them famous…. He'd give a fucking anti depressant serious depression, he needs to make some different content, than self pity and how fucked his head is. Needs to get himself out of that little area he lives in, and maybe see a bit of the world and realise right how lucky he is, and how unnecessary all his self induced mental health is.

If u don't like his content don't watch simple as ... his content is quality he is honest and talks about real subjects and helps alot of people on a daily basis
He makes people who have been and go through similar things to him that they are not alone and not the only one who goes through them things
Especially when u see Paul hes a big guy a fighting man from the outside would be classed as a "man's man "
But the fact hes so open and honest about things good and the bad the happy and the sad makes people feel alright about things and makes them feel a little bit more normal than they used to nothing paul says ect is self pity and tbh av never disagreed with a comment ever u clearly take Paul's content in a different way but hey ho can't please everyone x
