I love how unique it is the fact that two companies, who made two separate games have joined forces. How often do you see that? Honestly? I own both, and both as soon as they were publicly available to purchase and I got bored of Automation after a around 50 hours of gameplay, but in this happening, I've played several hours over the past 2-3 days building cars and engines for when i got the update to export to Beam. Sure Beam may gain more popularity over it as you can drive and destruct the car, but it gives Automation a use, so to speak.
CyanideGaming! Absolutely right! It gives Automation more of a purpose until we get the full campaign!
Exactly! I'm glad you understood what I was getting at, cause right now, Automation isn't really much right now lets be honest, but this collaboration fills it up for when more features come. Speaking of which, do you know when boxers are gonna be introduced to the public? Or were they released with the Beam.NG export patch?
Haha I got you man! I've got about 50 hrs too in the game. This was a much needed collaboration. And I've not played a whole lot of the new update, but I think the boxers were added.
"Or were they released with the Beam.NG export patch?" Yes they were.
I always liked the idea of Automation, but I never got it since you couldn't drive the cars that you make. Now, I have the game and have spent 10 hours over the last 2 days designing cars for BeamNG.
The Coronets suspension and steering durability couldn't be less realistic, 60s-70s Mopars had torsion bar front suspension which is basically heavy duty truck suspension. That's why they chose a Charger for the Dukes Of Hazzard series, they needed a car with seriously tough suspension that could take a beating for all the off roading and jumping scenes.
I've noticed in these series that the old muscle cars seem to get broken really quickly compared to everything else
You know they used over 500 dodge chargers in Dukes of Hazard because they couldn't survive literally any of the jumps. There's actually a junk yard of just chargers from the show.
I do agree though, old mopars would beat the hell out of this series
So that automation car is a super dangerous, unsafe sportscar with a fiberglass body? Sounds like you actually made a TVR :') .
Jelle 😂omg u funny but ey tvrs are amazing
Jelle it looks like one too
Its these reasons i bought a TVR. I very rarely get to drive it though because its terrifying in any sort of drizzle rain or mild mist
Nathan Guthrie
O cool, which one is it? For a short period I worked at the only TVR dealer in my country and I loved every moment with those cars. My personal favourite is the Cerbera, although I also like the Sagaris and Tuscan very much!!
I currently have a Tuscan but may be upgrading to a Sagaris in a couple of years (once I've saved enough). I too liked the Cerb however getting one in my right spec was impossible so went for the Tuscan.
17:40 The circuit being counterclockwise, your suspensions are most solicited on their right side. I wouldn't be surprised if bent wheels or broken suspensions occur more frequently on the right =)
Great series, thanks!
14:05 "...our next vict- I mean, contender..." Nice one, Alex.
And, that Prasu didn't look happy from the word "go".
Try the Ibishu Dove, since it is a modified Pigeon it should go far
Thanks for the quality content.
8:23
Succamb?! LOL. I love these videos! Please keep up the great content!
Automation challenge - build a car to survive the endurodrome!
1:50 My god that timing was so perfect.
I liked the automation car run very much. It should be called the 'Sir Flip-a-lot'!
Very amusing from all contenders today! Could the Jelly Roamer or the 600 MPH Truck have a go?
I'm watching this while " driven to destruction " series from first to last each day. It's just brillaint. Please do more. Especially with all the updates on BeamNG since the release of these videos.
This is awesome!! I was on the fence as to whether or not I liked Automation, and now I am 100% for it.
that Coronet looks amazing!!
boer harms hey i think we met in the comments before lol (nederlanders ftw)
zou maar zo kunnen, ja XD
beter liefdesverhaal dan twilight dit.
lol
Love the way you said "Automation Creation"
10:55 That looks very *dodgy*
Lmao
You should have a separate series that only include the Automaton cars only
Andrew McGarvey Exactly. The Automation cars as if right now do have too many game features/details missing and the damage is meh comparing to the base game cars. Liked the idea what both companies are doing, but they'll have to fix a lot of issues yet.
Hey FailRace! You should export the getaway car you made in Automation into Beam and do some police chases with it! You could see how good of a getaway car it actually is. :)
Do a series on hot laps around the test circuit!!
Hmmm, a ghost car that compete with you (like the Trackmania series) seems like a worthy challenge
Love your videos Alex! I have a suggestion. Remember the GTA 5 Angry Drivers mod? You should do the challenge again, but this time use the Phantom Flip Truck and try to drive from the docks to the north of the map. Much rolling will be done :D
the bootleggyness of this is really *really* hurting me physically... but this collaboration between automation and Beamng is still probably the greatest thing in all of car games XD
I thought that Dodge would go farther. It went out because that front right was just pushing into the ground and not rolling due to the bad angle. The chassis actually looked pretty fine, and the front end didn't look like it was dragging, just that tire. But man, I really hoped for more from that car.
Can u try the bitron dorifto just for fun please...
Great content and love watching these. Have played around with this track a bit myself and definitely say you should try the monster truck mod running around here. The result is actually surprising as to how it performs here. Ran it a couple of times to test and got almost the same results both times. Definitely an entertaining run that is full of surprises.
Catching up on these - feels like you need a Top Gear type list of what cars make it the furthest (with a note on how they died)
Cannot wait to see what they add to the exporter. Would love to see a mostly if not fully functional export so that they are just like the normal Beam cars. Would make both games soooo much better.
Glorious day, it is a enduro drome video!
You should do a rally episode or incorporate more off-road purpose vehicles and I love your videos 🤘🏽
end of the prasu!!!!!! next you should try the supra😆
The Coronet might be wrecked but at least it can still draw a perfect circle.
This is a fun track to spawn traffic and tell them to flee! LOL
Who else misses the old intro?
Yo Alex you should build a rally car in automation and test it out on beam
why dont you make this a how long you can stay alive (with soft driving) not trying to intentionally beat the cae to death, and see how many laps the cars can survive.
Just for laughs, make the strongest car you can, and see IF it will ever break
I think it will
It'd have to have _massive_ overhangs to act as crumple zones, and a huge suspension travel for absorbing entire boulders
2:03 Nuu not the side mirror
I suggest a "cheaty car" to seek how far you can make. Maybe an ultimate off-road buggy. (Probably might take 20 laps). Good luck on your builds.
Sheet, I don't might they make a newer game call "Aeromation"
Can you please put the clutch heat debug on the screen please
try the stubby bus mod, I heard that the guy who created it is cool.
Captain Zoll hmmmm
Captain Zoll i.imgur.com/6zcwtqo.png HMMMM
HMMMMMMMMNGGGGHH???? This guy huh?
I wonder who made that mod? Hmmmmmmmm
BeamNG Drive - Driven Till Destruction -A Tank
I feel like it might just take the top though its to strong It'd be interesting though.
BeamNG Drive - Driven Till Destruction - Transport truck and trailer
Wow the Coronet has pretty weak shocks it would be cool if someone makes a offroad edition
Since the automation cars have limited damage, maybe they’ll survive better on stairway mountain. Maybe something to try out.
U should have used the ricer version for the last vehicle
Im so happy because I suggested this
Seeing that big beautiful coronet smash into the ground like that just _hurts_ to watch-
Damn is that a Prasu?!
Keep up the good work!
Can someone tell me when his next stream is supposed to be.
What's what weird sound at 5:52 ?
Hi. I love your videos fella! I don’t know if you have noticed but you tend to repeat yourself quite a lot on your commentary. Just for your info.
i started doing the enduro drome while watching your videos with the same cars,
coronet-1.9mi / front suspension both collapsed and got stuck
prasu-2.8mi / radiator went and got stuck because loss of power after the whole engine failed
i dont have automation so i couldn't do that one :(
I cant wait for this update
SquidFlipper It's out already..
welshtoast Exactly I can't wait
SquidFlipper Then why can't you wait?
Roamer or D-series on sport suspention, though I've had an offroad quad cab d-series take quite a bit of damage on the jumps
Can u do the 6wheel trucks or the mini cooper or the ford 200
Since automation cars are so different, and basically unfair against normal Beam cars; Why not a new series for Automation cars, or just a separate table to track them in the DTD series?
Your car reminds me of the 2016 Miata
14:00
Build an indestructible car!!
Do the monster truck
Redo the coronet since grabbing it too fast messed up the other front suspension
map download?
And, instant lead sled donut machine from the Dodge Coronet Superbee...
Try to make the best car for this track on automation
Good on you alex
When the Miata mx-5 meets automation
I don't think you can even make a indestructible automation car for beam just because of their wheels, they do get bent quite easily and after few hits snap off..
The back of the automation car looks like a 968
I like a little bit awry, but I prefer a little bit of gin.
Hmmmmm seems the automation car isnt really made for this kind of thing.
I would like to see the moster truck doing this track
try making the fastest and lightest vehicle
1st car, home mod, should be good in the workshop as everything has been tested but its bound to fail as they always do,
2nd car usa muscle car, fuck yeah nice looking but drive shaft's are a bugger on this corse or it might banana and just fail to go
3rd car, japan car should do well if the turbo and engine don't cook themselfs,
I made the same noise Alex did when the prasu broke
redo the automation cars when they get proper damage modeling please
Make a best car to endurome
diy lowweringon the coronet
Yes he listened to me
Again, I know it's a game. But I LOVE how the strong and quality built classic muscle cars just fall apart, disintegrate and can't even make a full lap on the track. Yet an all fiberglass rice burner can go further? Riiiigggghhhht. It's obvious the developers of this game have a hard on for certain car manufactures, and they're NOT American ones!
oof
Do an electric car
Wing mirror lol You Brits and your Queen's English
the possibilities for rally time trial return with the automation exporter ...
Failrace, you should play real racing 3. It’s arguably the best racing game on mobile.
Mr. Moe's Legos Alex said that he won't cover mobile games on the channel.
Oh, and there are much better games than RR3 (Assoluto for example)
RR3 is veeery pay2win, a lot of games are better
Theres literally GRID Autosport on mobile.
While it may be a PAID iOS exclusive, it is definetely better than RR3.
Pls stop doing that intro.....its cancer
@16:06 nooo the glorious TRD wing... :(
Japanese Sports cars and the Evos / WRXs without rear wings look like people without noses... =‘)
Designed to be unsafe???? So it's a TVR then
