Presumeably those lorry trailers are filled to a specific wieght, rather than volume ? None of them were actually filled to capacity. What was the purpose of the card at the side of the crop intake section ?
It's actually the a card from the sugar factory, which you have to put into the scale at the factory. Usually you have an App on the phone to connect with the mouse, then on the scale you put the card in. With the App or card the factory knows which company you work for, which farmer supplied the load, which field the beets got loaded from, which mouse loaded the truck. If you don't have the App installed, it doesn't work, or you loose connection to the mouse, you can connect to the mouse by using the card too.
after all, they only drive with half a load. come to Denmark and see beet transport. 7-axle 3-axle truck with 4-axle trailer with 56,000 kg in total (56t) it's vehicles.
in holland they get payed up to 52500kg total weight. It depends on the configuration if they need 5 or 6 axels. After 52500kg they can bring 1000kg for free and if the total weight is higher then 53500kg the trucking company gets a 100euro fine from the sugar factory
In NL the max is 52.5t on 5 alles so our axleweights are higer. Also in Denemarken the trucks are heavier so they probably load the same Weight, or close too the same

Great machine. One comment tho, I’ve not seen trailers being loaded before putting weight onto the prime movers axles.
There is no need for it.
Also when you start in the front you Will overload the drive axel
They are parked , and on a hard road surface so no need to worry about getting weight on the drives first.

@@jamesbarbour8400 there's a maximum weight that is allowed on the dutch roads. The card is for registration.

2 extra axles with 3,5 ton more total weight will not barely make a difference in loaded amount 😂
