you introduce the oxygen inside the column with venturi and then release the flow to the water tank. it's quite simple but effective if you use pure oxygen, but the use of pure oxygen in aquaculture is quite fancy I think.
It’s not going to stay super saturated very long. If you want DO to remain that high, you have to use nano bubbles instead. With nano bubbles you only need tp treat once or twice per day
Can you make a video or explain how you build the oxygen concentrator.
Genius! Is it possible to make this set-up without an oxygen tank? Just a pipe that sucks oxygen from open air?
for hobby yes, its a beautiful set up. Its not for any small scale or medium scale farmer.

How much liter of pure oxygen is required to rase the do in per m3
Nice to meet you.
Very environmentally friendly breeding environment
Can I know how much the cost for upgrading the DO....is it cost effective or expensive
How much DO is required for stocking yield of 60 Kgs/M³ of water over 6 months?
Hi. What not wiring each box with oxygen line ?..
may i know how u push the oxigen to water more detail?
Using venturi, you can scroll down to our Aeration series (Oxygen cone)
dalam 1 bulan bisa habis berapa banyak tabung oksigen?
Do you know what's the standard oxygen transfer rate of this system ?
Hello we have to keep oxygen tank work withe saturator all the day ? And how many days oxygen tank finish ?
i do hope i can get their answer too,,
Have you tried the venturi setup without oxygen tank, but using just plain air instead. If so, what's the reading like?
Yes, we did, it helps circulation and oxygenation, but not as affective as direct oxygeneration, we use venturi for our MBBR in the RAS for crabs.
If only helps when the DO is depleted. If saturation is Al dreary near 100%, air won’t raise it higher. Only concentrated oxygen can do that
1:52 "no bubble escapes from collumn"
bubble: escapes
Unfortunately.. that happen (although it was not supposed to happen! :P)
Please mention O2 test kit name
Is it harmful to fish if do is very high?
yes, you might want to be careful before adding the oxygen too high. it might cause gas embolism in some fish
How many time can you keep the DO level more than 14 ppm if you turn off the bubbler system ?

@@jonosterman2878 thanks 🙏🏻
How does that help? Does high DO concentration solve the problem of low apetite in crabs?
maybe, that's why we built to test it out first
Can you use an DO meter to get exact reading
You can! more accurate but expensive as awell
Ada page dalam fb tak ? Senang saya nk contct
Ada. Bole contact ras_aquaculture kat fb
hello. do you have any fb id that can contact you through
Too expensive and not feasible if you have large Ponds with 2,500 m2.
Yes, I think that. It's important to know what's the SOTR and SAE of this System.
