I feel like the husband in the first concern wanted a pet and not a wife. There are many people out there who get a pet simply because they're lonely and don't want to come home to an empty home. However, in this guy's case, he knows a pet requires someone giving it food, bathing it and taking it out for walks. I guess he got a wife instead because she'll be able to feed, bathe and walk herself. The man should have never gotten married. He's just a selfish, self-centered and inconsiderate jerk.

Yeah, he acts like a child. Doesn't he know that you should be with those you love before it's too late? Sure, birthdays will always occur the following year, but your mother, father or grandmother might not even be alive for you to ignore them and put work first.

Toth Anna - I completely agree with you. Well, she did say she found that to be a charming aspect of him. I just don't get how she thinks a child will change anything. The man doesn't think she, his family or his in laws are more important than work so why would a child be any different?
I think she may have thought he made money out of that work. She may have not known he worked late into the night since she was not yet living with him.

I feel bad for the second concern. Like you can tell that he DOES care. when the mom talked about their daughter going to the hospital and the dad not knowing, you can see he looked sad. he probably felt guilty for not being able to help. i hope that after the show, he went to the hospital or something because i'm 100% sure he has some kind of sleep disorder. This is not about him being "lazy" or "tired" or "careless." When I'm extremely tired, the longest I could sleep is about 10 hours and on the weekends, my younger sister can sleep for up to 12 hours. But 2 days?? I hope he gets diagnosed so he can be prescribed medication or even better, receive some kind of physical treatment to help out with his sleeping issue.

I have sleeping problems as well and I can go to sleep at 5pm and wake up the next day at 6pm it doesn't make sense to me, and it irritates my parents but I can't help my sleeping habits.

The 2 lady guests were amazing, they didn't back off and were really talking a lot of sense especially with the first husband, they have a great understanding of a successful relationship and try to make people responsible for everything they say in defense of themselves. great guests, it's rare to see that here.
it's not the first time a wife comes because she is upset with her husband overwork, but it's my first time seeing this constructive conversation between the guests and the other party.

With the husband, when he explained how he worked hard for his wife and family, I had respect for him, because there are so many fathers these days whom are careless about their families.
Then, as I listened to his bullcrap, I began to see that he did everything to satisfy HIMSELF. He said he wanted to marry her because he wanted to be together with her forever, but when he said that the wife is not allowed to travel because they have to be together all the time (Then said that they sleep 'together'), it makes me wonder if he really likes her from deep inside the heart, or he just feels satisfied that he has a 'girl' with him at all times on his dirty hand.
But then again, I am so, so thankful and glad that the guests from this episode are saying everything that I wanted to say to him (Not that that thick-brain husband is taking any of the criticisms).
if the lady from the first concern has a child then the child will be raised with of the absence of his father and his father won't even go to his birthday so there is no point the first couple stays together she should leave him and find someone who actually deserves her love and time otherwise she's gonna waste her life waiting for her husband to own that building of his
The first concern bothers me so much. He doesn't want a wife. Get him a pet and he'll be just as satisfied. Meanwhile, DO NOT BRING A BABY INTO THAT MESS. Geez people. Babies don't fix broken marriages. They just create more people in the world who don't have a healthy example of what real love is.

Im going to be blunt and say the first guy is full of bullshit. He is not money-driven, he's passion-driven. His job isn't big or stable money anyway, and he refused payment when he not satisfied with his work. That is a trait of a true artisan. I think he better off living alone. His childhood memories is also completely bull. He isolate one incident in the past and victimized himself so he could feel better about not fulfilling his social duty. Instead of feeling bad about letting others down, he victimized himself instead. The wife was married just so she could be his maid and keep his bed warm. If she think she could be more than that, she is sorely mistaken. Either she accept that will be her role and live with it, or let him go so he could find a woman who would do that for him.

I'm worried about the husband in the 2nd concern. Oversleeping to his degree can be a sign of Hypersomnia & a host of other sleep disorders, even a sign of brain tumors & other neurological disorders. :0 He should really seek the help of a sleep specialist, or a psychologist/doctor.
The first concern was mind blowing. The thing that stood out is how selfish the husband is. But towards to end I got the same feeling of selfishness from the wife.
The reason I say she's selfish is because she's having such a hard time in this marriage because of the husband and she still thinks it would help the situation to have a child added to it. If she's unhappy and the problem isn't fixed how would the child be affected? I seriously hope to God they don't bring a baby into that mess. Her raising the child in that environment would only add to her burdens aswell

I'm really shck that the woman in the first concern wants to have a baby with her husband. She is unhappy, her husband is really selfish and a child will be a problem in this context. He married her because he wants clean house, clean clothes and food in the table. He doesn't love her at all. Why a woman accept this life? She could study, work... She could find a man who really love her and who will make her really happy. Why shewants to stay with a man who doesn't care about her? Why live a miserable life like this?

I really hope that some of these couples where the partner doesn't try to change split up bc they certainly deserve more. And Han Goeun and Kim Seonggyeong did a great job at giving advice, they should invite them again.
Wow, the second story demonstrates that South Korea has a lot of improvement to make concerning the analysis and treatment of people's well being and health. Of course, it isn't normal to sleep that much but what he needs is to see a specialist, not getting judged in a talkshow when he's basically told that he's lazy and doesn't care about what's happening. The fact that he tried several methods and had therapies show that he does care.

V Lee He needs a therapy which will help him find the real problem inside him. That's what the psychologist will do. If the person himself isn't really willing to solve it no one will. Psychologist for a first step is very good. It helped me

It's not the number of hours a couple spend together that matters. It's HOW a couple spend their time together that really matters. There are many working couples out there who barely see each other for a few hours a day, yet they'd treasure and make the most out of those few hours.

I have the same problem with 2nd guy. It's probably from depression and he should get at least some therapy. Pills are not always the solution. Fighting depression is about facing your self not just taking pills.
