I made the churro pecans with a few substitutions and they turned out fantastic! Subbed 1/4 c. of monkfruit Erythritol for the sugar and used a few tablespoons of monkfruit maple syrup in combination with the water (total liquid was 1/3 c.). I also added a couple scoops of collagen powder for added protein. They smell incredible and some friends tasted them and said they were so good! Thank you for the idea!!! Going to be a Christmas gift for my hubby!
A couple of years ago I said to my dad, what would you like for Christmas, anything you really want?? He surprised me by saying, what I'd really love is a tin of your assorted homemade Christmas cookies:) I think these are the type of gifts family really loves most. Hey Alyssia. I love your videos. Great work as allways. I have watch them for a long time now. I discovered your videos about healthier breads and cereals and from there I was all in. I had an idea for a series of videos you could make. What if you make a list of foods or recipes that are good for a specific health benefit. Like one video could be about eyes and vision health. Another one could be about the inmune system. For example, I suffer from constipation so I would love a video about foods that helps you with that. I know there are other types of videos like that on YT but I just love your take on health. Anyway, just an idea. Hope you're having a great 2020 year!

Something I wondered while watching this, with some of the barks you used cacao butter then added cocoa powder, why not just melted chocolate? They still look great either way!
cacao butter and cocoa powder have no sugar on their own, so you are in control of what you add :)

Just one question about the Greek yoghurt bark. Will it become hard somehow or will it thaw?

Can you do the chocolate without a freezer? Mine is not big enough. Can I just use a refrigerator, or does the chocolate end up looking not glossy?
chocolate should work in the fridge but the yogurt won't :)
