    Does anyone understand how the pipe from the pool into the pump basin gets through the liner? Is there a bulkhead fitting? Any responses would be helpful as I'm trying to replicate this now

    amazing. Dont imagine a lot of people understand how much work is involved to make this water feature. Something I would love to do but at a smaller scale. Great job

    Pretty good video, but there are several comments that you are making during the transitions that get cut off badly.... Some of which are rather helpful..... Slow down ace.... If you're gonna make a longer content video, then calm down and let us hear what you are saying.... Overall, the look is nice, but some important info was clipped in your edit...........

    I would have maybe pushed it farther away from the deck to prevent rotting and painted the pvc brown came out nice tho

    Wood is definitely going to rot and you’re going to have an unhappy homeowner

    This is beautiful. I think you did a great job showing and describing how to do this, but do agree that some important info (info that I would have liked to hear) got cut out in the editing. Beautiful tho. Thank you for posting this DIY.

    Decreasing the size of pipe will increase friction loss, thus losing pressure.

    Nice!! Yeah it’s spring here in Orlando.. I’m down visiting from New Jersey..I’ve been looking for the apple drain vans driving around.. LOL I’m planning on making a dry creek bed to my pond and discharging all the water from crawl space and downspouts..I leave in a high water table so I got a lot of work ahead of me..

    Great video. I followed everything to the T.
    I cant get the pump to pump water up that high and across. Hieght 240cm. Length 300cm. Please let me know which type of pump I would need. I'm in the UK.

      Sounds like you need a stronger pump thats all. Either that or you may have had an air leak somewhere that reduced your existing pumps efficacy?

    One question. Is this the ultimate French drain?

  • @tincao3840
    @tincao3840 5 лет назад +1

    If you have the liner underneath why do you even need the big pvc pipe to the well?

    • @nicknerderman4716
      @nicknerderman4716 4 года назад

      Dirt and debris are likely to gather in the gravel, eventually impeding the flow of water. The drain tile ensures an unobstructed channel for the water to flow through and will function for many years longer than a gravel trench.

    Hi, could you please tell me how to get the nozzles in the holes . I’ve done everything to the specific measurements with pvc and 1/4 inch nozzles…I also have the rubber mallet. It simply won’t fit.

    I liked It, Thanks, finally I got the idea to make a waterfall on my garden wall of 25 feet hight and 10 fee wide.
    But still have some questions
    1. The product name to drain out the Water fall is "irrigation coupler"
    2. Their is need to cut the irrigation coupler.
    3 What is the size of irrigation coupler.
    4. How many force required to run uniform waterfall.?
    Thanks, Wait for your positive reply.

    What happens when it rains and the pit fills up with rainwater?

    • @mlhm5
      @mlhm5 5 лет назад

      IMO, the pump has to on 24/7 just like as sump pump and that would mean you will have a constant waterfall.

      You could put a small over flow line in the top of the sump basin on the down hill side. Out to a drain.
