It seems like they are finished casting the foundations for the street lights in the median but haven't started to install them out by that side,wonder why?
I don't know if it's your camera but some sections of the highway doesn't look smooth, it looks really rough. I even saw one part where it looked like it was dug up and repatched, and the white arrows already looks faded

some lines need to be repainted in all honesty lots more work to be done

I did not see any bus and taxi stops along this new road. if there is none, are PPV to stop at anywhere they want?
