वसीयत बनाने के समय के गवाहों में से एक जिन्दा पर किसी भी प्रकार से गवाही देने के लायक नहीं है न ही दिमाग से और न ही चलने फिरने में, दूसरे,यदि दोनो ही गवाहो की मौत हो गई है तो क्या वसीयत झूठी मानी जायेगी यदि ऐसी स्थित बन गई है तो फिर वसीयत बना देने का क्या मतलब रह जाता है कृपया बताएं
