I relate to Joseline. Always have. Love her & understand her pain. We share the same traumas with relatives growing up & never truly had a support system. Had to learn it all on my own. The feeling in healing through things that were meant to break you is unmatched, honestly. I am happy I’ve healed through that. The pain isn’t worth it. Blood doesn’t make people family to me. No toxicity or half ass energy allowed in my life anymore. You live a more peaceful life that way, trust. It starts with home. No one is perfect but let’s normalize healing people - so they don’t witness certain toxic behavioral patterns.
