+jj cc Give us a shout if you need any help organising a trip to play the course JJ! www.yourgolftravel.com/costa-navarino Cheers and happy golfing! Rory at YGT
What a beautiful looking course....this is going to be a great series....Rory's back and I can see Tom and Mark having some great banter......Lockey looks so happy in little Apple Land, I expecting some great golf from him #army
I love watching these actual play videos. It's fun. I think Rory had some amazing puts. You could see his excitement drop when he realized he was shooting for par when the others were shooting for birdy (which he did an amazing job of making!).
GC2 stats very interesting especially comparing data to course. Was at a foresight presentation tonight and it seems to be transforming golf stats and coaching 👍🏻
The only difference between my game and these guys is that they bomb it off the tees, get the irons close and putt pretty well too. Still hope YGT can do me a good deal for here or Quinta da Ria in the Robinson Club next New Years.
+John A Corr Hi John...I'm sure we can help re Quinta da Ria. Have you touched base with anyone at YGT? Email rorya@yourgolftravel.com if you need any assistance. Cheers!
Good stuff guys. Here is a thought.. what about a quick bag check at the start of each new course so your gear head fans can see what everyone is playing.. Just a thought. Cheers!
question at 9.04, do you guys ever bushnell the pin in on wedge shots so you know how far it is and would you recommend a clock face to control swing speed or doing it purely on feel?
+Andy91 Always...that's how Mark knew his yardage was 64. Sometimes we're zapping the pin off camera to keep things moving along. Mark's merely talking about the fact that he struggles with knowing how hard to hit his wedges from those fiddly distances once yardage has been established.
+Rory Anderson hey thanks for the reply! I seem to remember a dead old video of him hitting baskets at 60yds and then speeding his swing up to hit 70 now I think of it. Good to see you back in a video anyway hope you're well, keep it up :)
+Your Golf Travel UGH a knife through my heart haha! Always good to see Rory! Looks like the game has shaped up a bit. Let me know if you ever want to send me round the world to play golf and promote travel lol. Cheers!
Mark when you say - "I'm not seeing this." Does that mean you are trying to visualize the shot and having problems or is it that you aren't sure what shot to hit as in draw, fade, cut etc. OR am I not even close.
Great Looking Course. The Bit I Do Not Understand is Bushnell With Slope Meter Tells You Extra Yardage Because Of The Slope. But YouView It Through The Eyepeice Which Is About 5.5 Ft Above Your Ball. Its The Ball That Has To Get There Not You Eyeball, So Would Be Even Further !!! ( Just A Thought)
so I think I've now got this straight in my head (albeit I have been drinking a bottle of Malbec, three large Jamiesons' - with ice - and a port, and almost got a lock in with an Australian bar maid ) when it comes to driving we are worrying about less than 5% in speed and less hat 2% in launch angle which amazingly affects spin by less than 1,000 revolutions, (which is a lot realtively but not a lot absolutely as strike is king) that affects carry by less than 3 yards, but in real life affects total distance by more than 20 yards as a result of slope and aim and land angle despite the fact that the average cvost of driver head is more than 20% and the big guy is more than at leasrt half as big as me???? I mean WTF?????? its all about skills remember that peope! The shortest hitter actually is the best playeeeeeeer!
+David Lee amen amen amen. People are perving over tiny amounts because the real question is to hard on their egos, as you correctly said skill. Welcome to Internet golfers 😂
+Mark Crossfield thanks - now I'm sober it still makes sense which must be a good thing! out of interest how comes Lockey spins it so high assuming he has been custom fit and he is getting centre strikes?
+Patrick Heavey Nahhh...it's all fun and games when away on a golf holiday with pals. Take everything Mark says with a pinch of salt as 99% is in jest. Seriously...everything he says on a course vlog! Haha
+MrPolus24 It does but the basic algorithm still requires some "context" to give a more accurate figure. Altitude and temperature affect the ball flight. Mind you I live in Canada so temperature can go from +30 to -30 over a year so It's not like I bother changing that setting much. :-P
+MrPolus24 Gogle: ballistic calculations and you'll see that altitude and air temperature all affect flight to some degree...Bullets or ball. Might be overkill for golf but if Leupold laser rangers require it I guess it matters.
+Stephane Gauthier. I understand all that as I used to be into shooting, but the range finder is not suggesting how far it thinks you're going to hit the ball. It's merely giving you a distance based on an angle from the horizontal. This angle and "new" distance has nothing to do with the environment. 100m is 100m in hot weather, cold weather, on the moon etc. Am I missing something?
mark talks all the time his opponents are hitting. but all is quiet for him and coach. bit poor really regardless of whether it's banter. don't get why you would want to put somebody off their game. shows lack of confidence in your own ability to beat them. great blog, pretty course, Rory lad.
if a 6 handicapper is playing the back 9 and is 160 to the hole in a 12 knot wind gusting to 20 knots what club should he use assuming he is using regular flex shafts? if this question makes sense to anyone please let me know because it seems to me that some of you write the most senseless shite imaginable on these vlogs and I just wanted you to feel the same way I do when I read some of your comments 👍
Crossfield is seriously into gamesmanship. He never stops talking as people are preparing to play their shots (even his partner, Lockey). Constantly trying to get into their heads. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with it, but it is becoming very obvious.
No wonder the Greek economy is shot - they are spending all their money on golf courses - are there any Greek tour pro's - four rounds would probably be a bit too much for them!
Love the GC2 stats overlay! innovating as always Mark.. Great stuff.
+Stephane Gauthier someone has to. Otherwise we might still all being told to keep our heads down.
+Mark Crossfield you should used the GC2 on every tee
Good to see Rory back!
Nice to see you guys play in sunny weather on green grass at a beautiful course.
Love the GC2, great idea.
Going to Greece this year now, this course looks gorgeous.
+Ratbacon Glad you like the look of the course! Be sure to give us a call if you need help getting golf all booked up.

Rory at YGT
Nice to see Rory back! Loved the GC2...I would expect nothing less from you Mr Crossfield. Bravo!
The real ball data is amazing! I'm sure it's not easy to carry along and set up either! Really appreciate the effort Mark! Terrific stuff
This course is going on the bucket list Mark, so jealous!

Cheers and happy golfing!
Rory at YGT
Great course, Stunning views. Fantastic weather. And you call this work
You just can't beat the colour of the sea in Greece. I'll be recommending this place for our trip this year.
What a beautiful course!
What a beautiful looking course....this is going to be a great series....Rory's back and I can see Tom and Mark having some great banter......Lockey looks so happy in little Apple Land, I expecting some great golf from him #army
wooo! liked immediately - because its good to finally see Rory AKA Thin Bullet.
Putting the GC2 data onscreen was brilliant. Beautiful looking course and glad to see Rory back!
I love watching these actual play videos. It's fun. I think Rory had some amazing puts. You could see his excitement drop when he realized he was shooting for par when the others were shooting for birdy (which he did an amazing job of making!).
stunning looking course. nice playing lads
+Matthew Nunn Haha...loving how you spotted this before we did! Lockey picks up on it in Part 3!
Good playing, great views, happy Lockey, Rory back, CG2 overlay. Best video since Belfry Mini putt challenge
The GC2 stats are awesome. Just another reason to watch these entertaining videos. Keep up the good work!
GC2 pro tracer! Excellent idea! Great vid
Love the course!
Wow that is a stunning piece of golfing land, and the banter is OK as well :-)
Very interesting data combined with real wold results ! Spin is important
Amazing video with the stats!
Normally you get at least one vlog to bed in but Mark was straight into Toms grill from the off... Love it!!
love the GC2 data. Keep it going if you can...
Amazing course
GC2 is a great touch on the course i really like it keep it up please great video thanks again
Corona quarantine review! Oldie but goodie!
That second hole with GC2 is beautiful!
The real ball data is a solid touch!
Really liked the GC2 on the tee shots
Grease me up baaaabyyy.. 😂 adding that to my repertoire for sure!! Thanks coach.
The GC2 data is fantastic - I would totally geek out on that and try to set it up on every tee if I were Mark.
GC2 stats very interesting especially comparing data to course. Was at a foresight presentation tonight and it seems to be transforming golf stats and coaching 👍🏻
these games are awesome
More GC2 Please, fun to see.
What a beautiful looking course. If it carries on like this it could be close! #incidents
Haha, the shank Tom hit onto the green. I did that earlier today too... Only time I've ever been displeased with being on the green on a par 3 in 1.
Stats are awesome ! Would be amazing if you keep them from now on !
GC2 data + protracer was awesome. hopefully not the last time we see it in a vlog?
good to see Rory back in the fold
Rory is back!
Thumbs up for the GC2 data
good videos Mark Crossfield just wondering if you could do a video on how to become consistent
3 points to make;
1. Love the use of the GC2!
2. Thank you so much for the videos you provide to us!
3. Where is the Gorilla !?
WHAT SHOES DOES LOCKEY WEAR?????
Crocs
+Justin Yaun Might be the Callaway Del Mar.
Tom's backswing is almost as quick as his downswing. He's pretty skilled to make that work.
Stunning track, some good golf aswell, looks like Tom can take the banter..., but a 4 hcp???!!!! only joking, i reckon this one's gonna be close....
#YesPlease I wish I could afford to fly over there and play some of these courses.
Playing golf with the guys in the sun but the girls get wind and snow - if they are watching this they might just think you've planned it😂😂🍺
I love the fact that even in the ball toss at the start lockeys chrome soft went right...
high level banter
The only difference between my game and these guys is that they bomb it off the tees, get the irons close and putt pretty well too. Still hope YGT can do me a good deal for here or Quinta da Ria in the Robinson Club next New Years.

Let's start "your golf travel" North America......I'm in
Path control is major, Tom.
Good stuff guys. Here is a thought.. what about a quick bag check at the start of each new course so your gear head fans can see what everyone is playing.. Just a thought. Cheers!
bushnell v2 slope? I take it you mean v3 ? Looking it buying one but can't find a v2 with slope, looks like it's only in the later models

Nice to see "Ray" back 😐
Have Lockey become you assistent/travel partner?
KNUCKLLLEEEBALLLLLLL ;)
Mr. Anderson! Growin' the beard out, my friend?!
+Jdyke2059 Product of laziness rather than a style choice!
+Your Golf Travel UGH a knife through my heart haha! Always good to see Rory! Looks like the game has shaped up a bit. Let me know if you ever want to send me round the world to play golf and promote travel lol. Cheers!
Where's Soph? you get her to play when its rain, sleat and snow,as soon as you play in the sun she's out,I'd jack if I was her

Matt is too funny LOL
looking forward to finding out toms grill level.....
The fates would not allow Coach and Crossfield to be separated.
Been past this course many times, most recent in Sept, stay nearby in Gialova. Expensive think about 130Euro round. Course always looks empty.
I cant quite put my finger on what it is but I feel i have a connection with Rory
+Rory Jones Our parents have got good taste. And you probably have excellent hair.
I pressed the likebutton as soon as i saw Rorys beard
Wheres the Gorrila?
Gratuitous comment.

Mark, your intense desire to win seems to sometimes spoil the game a little... For you and your playing partners..
+Patrick Heavey Nahhh...it's all fun and games when away on a golf holiday with pals. Take everything Mark says with a pinch of salt as 99% is in jest. Seriously...everything he says on a course vlog! Haha
+Patrick Heavey Believe me I have seen a lot worse. Mark is lighthearted compared to truly competitive people.
Anyone bought any gear off jam golf? Is it trustworthy?
That Awkward high five after 1:30
Tom effect !!! Now allowed to watch your vlogs with wife !!! The gorilla is dead, long live the gorilla 💪
Worm casts are loose impediments and can be removed
Yes! Rory's back!...errr, with Buzza's facial hair!
Mark: did you configure the slope feature in your laser first? My leupold asked for altitude, temperature and the average of 2-3 clubs.
+Stephane Gauthier. I thought it just worked by detecting the angle up or down and then used some basic trigonometry.
+MrPolus24 It does but the basic algorithm still requires some "context" to give a more accurate figure. Altitude and temperature affect the ball flight. Mind you I live in Canada so temperature can go from +30 to -30 over a year so It's not like I bother changing that setting much. :-P

great blog, pretty course, Rory lad.
+stephenleewood Don't worry nobody minds it when we play. It's all part of the fun.
#COYS
#sandbagging
I see Rory is using a left hand low putting grip #speith
+Tim Hoare Something had to be done!
+Rory Anderson you've done well short game looking very solid! 👍
+Tim Hoare Give it time...
Haha...better than the yippy videos for sure!

+N Noddy Becoming obvious? I don't think Mark's ever tried to hide his attempts at getting in peoples heads!
Playing well Rory. We need more of you and Long Tom!
It's way more interesting this way.
Skanky drive, a pitch and a putt right in Rory's grill... LOL.
tom missed a belt loop
didn`t know jesus played golf
