It is contradictory to say you're doing low sodium cooking if you regularly use Maggi seasonings which has the highest sodium content on the market! If you want to use less sodium in your recipes try adding low sodium broth instead of water and that will add more flavor. Otherwise, your cooking technique is top-notch- good job chef!
