Mad Max is an open world action-adventure video game developed by Avalanche Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. It's available on PS4, Xbone and PC.
This is the pc version played with a playstation 4 controller. Recorded with shadowplay at 60 frames per second.

This game is so underrated, really deserved a sequel
Mauro Lazarini I really wonmt be suprised if we get to see another one. Hopefully with Barter Town and the ruins of Sydney and maybe even The Halls of Justice!

True that ! I love this game, the only thing that could have been better is the story. It's pretty weak in that regard. If they make a sequel, they should work on that.
Mauro Lazarini i would absolutely love a sequel to this; the only thing id like is for it to have a bigger “wasteland” feel, with more space on the map to make everything feel more isolated, the map had to many things too close to each other in my opinion; also, more emphasis in its survival aspect (i never even runned out of gasoline)

This game had some of the most visceral and satisfying combat I’ve ever experienced. On foot and in vehicles. Underrated in the highest degree.
Great gameplay but lacked any world activity also the missions were highly repetitive and the story doesn’t get good until half.
@@anas-432 well the story is basically, first mad max is running low on gas and so he's motivated to go to gas town but then mad max gets fcked up badly (as well as his car) by an organised group of maniacs with the leader being scrotus and mad max is then too determined to kill everyone who stands in his way and those who wronged him... its honestly the perfect story that they had gone for...

This is one of the most optimized games ever. It even works on Intel HD graphics. So good.

The irony is that, we would obviously hope that Just Cause should run on inte hd too but it probably would fry ur on board igpu😆

My PS4 is completely silent while playing it. I played for a long time last Saturday, like 8 hours and almost no fan sound. Completely the opposite of Eden Ring. It started to overheat a little bit tho but I guess it's normal. I will limit bolat sessions to like 4 or 5 hours at most.
Everybody talked shit about this game when it came out, but I still think it's a great game.
It's just that the world, though incredibly beautiful at times and maybe the loneliness adds to its beauty, just feels extremely empty besides the enemies. And the story besides a few great characters is pretty boring.

Steve Blechman The story was decent. It's based on the Comic Book that was a prequel to Fury Road. Not as good as the original Trilogy stories obviously. But in the movies it's a wasteland with not a lot around.
The first thing I noticed about the combat was how similar it is to the Arkham Knight series. Though while Batman moved with style, grace and technique; Max is just an absolute wild man, smashing necks and breaking spines.

Yeah. And speaking of the last sentence, I really hoped for a 1vs1 with that Scrotus piece of shit at the end. Still, a satisfying ending (I finished it last night).

@@KIIING7 its fun. Expect nothing and just get lost in it. You'll have a good time. Do you like cars? Not necessary but if you do put on your headphones.
@@KIIING7 The game is loads of fun, not the most spectacular story but the world and the gameplay itself is what makes the game so goddamn incredible. The combat is brutal, and vehicle combat is awesome. The world truly feels like a vast wasteland loaded with tons of lootable locations and cars to drive, an interesting variety of raiders and crazy storms that slam the roads as you drive. I highly recommend it. Beaten it twice now and it still never gets old!

The combat in this game was amazing Max’s fighting style reminds me a lot of the punisher

I really had forgotten just how good the melee combat in this game was at least until I watched this. Makes me want to redownload it and give it another playthrough, thanks🙂
its just batman moves throw in, same studio that made the batman games, so they just put it into this game. Not groundbreaking or new.

Genuinely intrigued by this. I saw Mad Max and thought about getting it at the time but it was kind of drowned out by competing titles at the time. Didn't help that it was in the middle of the first open-world boom. Maybe you'll convince me to give it another look as you did with Far Cry 2!

Its a decent game, enjoyable but very repetitive.

I bought Mad Max day one and ended up hating it. Too much grinding, the sense of progression feels lacking, the car has horrible horrible under steering, the characters aren’t very compelling or memorable, the plot is awful (I guess that really depends on how you view Mad Max’s world, but I thought it sucked), and the ending also blows.
But, customizing your car is cool despite how terrible it handles. The upgrades feel punchy despite how far between they are. The world is beautiful despite how empty it is. The combat is brutally satisfying as this video shows.
There are a lot of problems with this game and the fun is definitely there, it’s just behind a ton of shit you have to do first. Nowadays, you can pick it up for maybe $20 which is about what it’s worth in my opinion. I probably would have liked it more if I didn’t buy it for full price. But I traded it into GameStop and bought Until Dawn and enjoyed the hell out of that game.

I really enjoyed this game, It's simply very fun to play and the universe is well recreated. So many passed on it and they missed a really great exerience! I'd love a sequel tbh

All of TLOU videos were mind blowing because it's a game that expects you to be cautious, but Mad Max is a game where you're supposed to just run in and go for it.

I like how he overextends while attacking. Besides aiming to induce maximum damage, it also shows he is so used to fighting to the point that he can allow himself to do it. Nice touch
Next year, this game will be 5 years old. I love the fight scene in this game. Every punches, kicks and all "pick-up and slam" wrestling moves... feels.. very satify. But I hate the racing scene. I have not beat this game yet because of that final racing scene. That part at gas town. I hate that part.

I forgot how good this game was
It's not though, gets boring as hell very fast in that empty desert setting. Fighting has too much flashy bells and whistles to the point you can barely tell what's happening, story was trite.

His first few punches he's like in a stance to throw a jab and a hook so its a little bit of boxing to start, the more damage moves doing more technical damage like you mentioned
