I can already see the final game's credits song to be this, after a reimu/marisa boss battle TH08 style. It would be the definition of thank you for everything. Happy yet sad, old, but somewhat of a new experience. It would be the dream sendoff to yet another dream.
Will there ever be a final game though? He's got kids, he's likely going to pass the series along to them when he runs dry. Who knows, maybe a fresh face could make the series even better.

Never really been musically inclined in my proficiencies. edit: I can now get it to fit in two ways, but neither quite works. In one the issue comes with the last syllables of the first line, in the other it's in the second line's first syllables. edit 2: Ok I finally got it to work, moving the Yo- of Yo-ake to the first line. edit 3: And now I've managed to get it to work without doing that, but the Yo-ake made bit still feels off
