My home course in Austin, TX. Also the first course I ever played. It’s changed a lot of the decades but still remains a special place to practice and throw.
Us folks in the Bart Club are the folks responsible for bringing this course back to life and we're very pleased to see your video. Making it a full 18 holes again was a huge improvement and got folks playing it again. Once we added the turf tees and the amateur layout, that was the ticket to making it one of the more popular courses in Austin. Even though it's the oldest course in Texas, it plays very well. I'd love to see you shoot another video, but filming Lucky playing the amateur tees. Nobody has made a video of that layout yet since it is the latest addition to the course.
Is there anything that can be done about the runoff trash? I'm sure Y'all have tried to address it. Just wondering if there was something that could be done that wasn't previously attempted.
At least we’re grounded and know the pros are pros for a reason. Guys at my home course call it a “pitch and putt” and then throw destroyers and ballistas 😂 makes no sense lol
@@nickschatz9923 heck ya man I’m all for throwing whatever the player is comfortable with just some of these clowns I play with try too hard to “talk a big game”… not you just be clear
Suggestions: More talking through thought process on shot and disc selection as well as swing thought(s). Explaining what went wrong if/when that happens from a mechanical or mental perspective. Less negativity about yourself :)
Yay! Glad you're doing the local atx courses! Agree with the garbage. It is due to it being a run off from the Research and Anderson Mill area is what I understand. They made some great changes to the boxes and back 9.
Love this series. It's like walking the course with an old friend. Bart is the first course that I played too. Somehow it does not play like that for this "old man".
Suggestion for future content: Have you and Lykke come help my wife and I strategize a round at East Metro, our home course. I do content so we can get a catch cam in. 😃
Would be cool to see you try to birdie the hardest holes in Austin. Ricky did this during Covid. Hole 17 at Cat Hollow is the hardest one I know of. I could even do catch cam there
can you make a recap of last year as touring player? what was better than previous year? what was worse? did you struggle with anything and at what time? share experiences of the courses and places you went. what about discs? did you lose some? did it affect you? show you throwing discs at different places while talking
Your content makes you seem so much more down to earth like a regular golfer similar to the Europeans. Most American pros are too ego driven and unrelatable

Watershed Dept is addressing the creek issues. Plans are in the works for new creek crossing and eventually a new sustainable layout.
@@joshuarippie3424 good! I gotta be honest, it is the only reason I don't play Bart more often. It really is a great course.
I LOVE the updates. I play there about twice a week. Thanks so much and thank you to the 3 people with trash grabbers combing the park last week.
Bart is my home course too and you make it seem like a pitch and put… pro distance is very real. Thanks for sharing.

@@CatchMeOutside361lol. Yea I throw a destroyer off 1 and 8 on this course and only throw a mid or putter on 4 holes…

I wanna see a full video of Bradley’s warm up since he cut us short today.

I always tell folks they gotta play Bart if they've never been.
One of my home courses. I really love the shot selection at Bart. I saw Brad there last year when the pro tour was in town for the Open at Austin.

Bart is looking good. Thanks BW 🤠
Id vote for: WillCo it has a 1,000+ ft hole and hole 8 at East Metro drives me nuts! 808 feet straight and narrow.
I had my worst grip lock of my life on 5 recently. Im a LHBH and landed on the 51st St side of the roller skating area. 😅😢

Oh man did I lose some discs. Good idea.
I'd love to hear Lucky's commentary during the whole round or see her play too 😊
She had a mic but didn’t comment much. Her channel is up and running. I’m sure she’ll have me film her play a solo round this week.
🌞💪
“On east 35th street, east of 35.” Lol
