Yes even if we check most big contract manufacturing company like Foxconn,pegatron etc they have operating profit margin of average around 7% and max ever reach is 12-14% and can go as low as 3-4%. So for and investors that need to keep an eye on it and if we see Foxconn and pegatron they have p/e less then 20. So if we think like that we can see that to justify the p/e of its developed peers either they need to atleast 7-8x there profit that with at max 8%+ margins they have to atleast make revenue be nearly 7x to even justify current valuation if saturation occur. So if you think before saturation the market left is more then 20x to occur then could be a opportunity and even then 20x should happen in next 8-10 years else it is overvalued.
@@mohammadaatif7924 I couldn't catch it before the 1000 - 1750 breakout. When I spotted it, it was at 1300. So, I let it cool down and entered at 1500 with 3% of my capital. Exited yesterday at 2500. I like the business and if it gave me a modest 2-3% avg monthly, then, i'd keep it forever but now, it's looking like price manipulation to attract uninformed buyers and then set up a bear trap.

I think these valuations will sustain because these two primary reason 1. as business from china is shifting towards india.even 5 pct shift from china business to india will give 50 to 100 pct boost in indian electrical manufacturing industries 2. there's not much competition for dixon technologies as in india there only limited no. of contract manufacturers other players such as mirc electronics, bpl, videocon, salora..etc does not have much capacity installed to handle big orders.
Watching this video today when Dixon is down 20% in a day exactly due to the reason you mentioned. Growth guidance proven wrong yet still profitable but stock crashed. :-)
@@SaurabhMishra-tt5qt If you will check growth PAT of Dixon, it is not bad. Revenue increase due to volume increase, not price increase is first step towards growth company. Increase in Profit margin by cost cutting does not last long.

This company has a supplier side moat that is why on 6% margins company has a decent ROCE of 24%.
