Result after 9 hours, yeah if you hand fill the chest, with this design you 1 iron golem every 15 minutes which would man you’d have a maximum of 180 iron ingot if you got a max iron drop every time. Or in other words a little under three stacks of iron.

wanna make the iron farm run event faster? trap a zombie, nametag it so it doesnt despawn, then put it down by the villagers so they can see it, but it can't hit them. the villagers will panic, and cause iron golems to spawn even faster

u can turn the grass into a path block using a shovel, thats way easier than making a shear for leaves. Also, you dont need a hopper if you dont have any iron at all, you can let the farm working for like a few iron golems and just pick the iron up when a new iron golem hasent spawned yet
