MUST I add my own TOC??? I've been publishing solely on AMAZON/KDP until now, and I've had to add a TOC.

As I'm relatively new to this, isn't KDP exclusive ? Doesn't it prevent you to publishe the same book elsewhere at all ?
And what would be the advantage to solely go with Amazon instead of D2D ?

Can I offer the book for free in some territories ???or all territories for a certain period of time and then add a price later?

In your example, then, $6.99 yields $4.16 royalty meaning Draft2Dig takes approx 40% correct?

Should I hold off on the last step till my release date? If I set my release date to be the 30th, can I go through with all these steps today 7/15, press submit and it publishes it on the 30th, or am I MANUALLY submitting on the 30th?

What if it’s already in stores like Apple Books?
