    You have w/o any doubt, the best video reviews that I enjoy the most! I have the Can Am Ryker 900 Ace Sport edition and your reviews are beyond excellent. They give me greater insight to the trike and what is available to add to the machine. I also appreciate your honest evaluation of the Can Am products. This is worth the weight in gold. Love Germany! It's a beautiful country that we lived in early in our family life. A well-rounded review of everything one would want to know to decide on one of these Can Am products. RideWithPeace. Peace.

    I got the rally and I love it. I used to ride two wheel back in my early 20s but love in the country now with dirt roads all over, and the rally rips them up. Wife trying to get one now too. They loads of fun.

    yep, twist and go for me, how much shifting does one need as their approaching 100 mph w/ cvt . i see vids drivers burning rubber on starts . i am riding a klr 650 and that 35'' seat is a bear for on/off. great vid though and proper riding gear.

    here in the US, massachusetts uses rykers at motorcycle training courses to get your 3 wheel licence. not all states here require a licence, mine does.

    Can Am chose cvt as it is a cost thing. And also to get non bike riders onto them as in many countries you can ride them on a car licence. No faffing about with gears etc. I think these should be reviewed by car reporters as nearly every bike reporter compares it to two wheels.

    Poor filter ability, but looks a real alternative to the 10k+ euro super scoots. I note mentions of being car licence friendly. But is this a motorcycle in the UK - i.e. does it beat London's congestion charge?

    • @NothingToProve
      @NothingToProve  5 лет назад

      Well, you should say that there is no filter ability whatsoever on this trike...in fact on almost any trike you cannot filter. But filtering aside, it's cheap for a trike and a great alternative to two wheels if you can no longer do two wheels.
      Congestion charge, beats me, can any one living there answer this?

    Great vid! I have a 900 rally also and want to upgrade to the Spyder F3, Ryker is too small for Interstate/Highways. The Ryker was mainly designed for city riding with short bursts on the high speed roads, it can be done as I ride with my pops while he is on his Harley trike, but my wrist is killing me by the time we are done. Definitely a fun bike, and I also hate the CVT.

    • @rooseveltjackson1711
      @rooseveltjackson1711 5 лет назад +4

      I disagree the Ryker is great on the highway ... We ride all over Dallas Texas with no problem ....

    • @Chase615000
      @Chase615000 5 лет назад +3

      @@rooseveltjackson1711 Agreed, I use it as my daily driver and I'm on the highway quite a bit. No issues what so ever, has MORE then enough power to keep pace with the 900. I added an aftermarket windscreen, as well as the sway bar upgrade, with the end links and it's a completely different bike.
      Wouldn't trade it for anything.

    • @NothingToProve
      @NothingToProve  5 лет назад

      Yea, the CVT was really the only major complaint from me on this other wise great trike...maybe they will release the semi-auto trans next year as an option, now that would be something worth looking into!
      Ride safe, Scott

    • @1990-t1j
      @1990-t1j 5 лет назад

      @@NothingToProve I have owned an F3-S for over a month now and have already knocked up over 4,000 km/2,500 miles. It's great, but I wouldn't mind a Ryker Rally 900 for the back lanes here in southwest Portugal. It would be perfect for the gravel roads I can't go on with the Spyder because I might get a stone in the drive belt. Maybe the CVT wouldn't be bad in that context.

    • @alanhassall
      @alanhassall 5 лет назад

      When building for a budget, something has to give. CVT's opposed to manual or semi automatic transmissions, LCD display instead of CVT...they have to cut somewhere or it becomes a Spyder RT. I'm really surprised that they did the shaft drive. That must have cost more than a belt and a few pulleys.
