One of my favorites was always Dinkies black one with extensive White overlays that one is just gorgeous whoever gets her will be blessed I hope you get to have pictures of her as she grows I would love to see her grown up I bet she grows up to be beautiful with her markings . This year was unusually different! But it seemed less stressful for you Crystal, I know you are preparing for when the kids are grown and moved out, they just keep growing up don’t they?! You probably have different principles regarding which mature does you sell.
Every kidding season I am impressed with your knowledge about each doe, her "pattern" of behavior when she's in labor, and the trust the does have in you while you attend their births. I think it's a real gift.

You kinda shocked me when you didn't choose Cassie's doeling. Blue-eye, polled, and moon-spotted I thought she was a shoe-in. lol Not that the ones you chose aren't also beautiful. You got a very flashy set of babies :)
It's not about color, it's about genetics. I raise dairy goats and just because they are absolutely adorable doesn't mean they are going to be a good dairy animal, although it is a plus.
I agree to this but I really wanted to keep Cassie's doe this year. She was born way later than most though and she will grow into an amazing dairy goat! I wouldn't sell a goat I thought otherwise. They would be a cull :)

What does the *B mean on the sires’ named?
It means he comes from good milk lines. The dam has earned her milk star and the site's dam has earned her milk star.
What is the difference is 3 and 4 star milkers?
It is a generational thing. The first time one of the line meet the milk star requirements, they are a 1*. If one of their daughters meets the requirements she is a 2*. The higher the number of stars is the number of mother to daughters who have earned their stars.
😊 A star B buck is born with his title from his mother having a milk star and his dad's mother has a milk star.🎉

What does the CH, LG, LL, etc mean in the names?
CH=Champ LG= Legend LL=Lucky
It's a way to add buck name (abbreviation) to the name.
Makes breeding choices easier down the line. Especially for the people who have bought goats from Blue Cactus or from their bloodlines. 😊
