Could I receive calls through ring central for US company while working remotely from a different country as long as I have internet?
I am looking to get RingCentral to connect a phone in the phillipines and USA, will that be possible and will I have to pay extra charges?
Does all users get to see all other user's communication with out customers. We need all users to see all coorespondence that we all do with our clients.
If you are referring to texting/SMS that function would be called GROUP TEXTING and I do not believe RingCentral allows/offers this, HOWEVER we do know of another provider that does to allow exactly what you are requesting above. Is Geo Routing really an option in RingCentral? I know about rules, but not by location... just caller ID/time of day/date.
YES! We have a client out of New York that has upwards of 200 employees, and they had a salesteam of 60 agents who all covered different zipcodes and area codes within the state of NY and the biggest reason they chose RingCentral after looking at almost 7 options, is because the georouting allowed them to have calls from specific area codes and locations go directly to pre-defined sales reps or departments. It's a great feature. There are some other providers that claim to offer it and call it by a different name, but RingCentral is the best UCaaS provider we've seen that does it. Now don't get me wrong the big CCaaS providers (for call centers) like Talkdesk or Five9 offer it, but they are MUCH more expensive then RingCentral. Can Ring Central integrate with our contacts in Housecall Pro?
From what I can see, it does not look like RingCentral "directly" integrates with Housecall Pro, HOWEVER it does look like there is a Zapier API that connects housecall pro to RingCentral, however this is something i'd inquire with RingCentral before committing. I'm looking for a phone service that I can add or use to add a second number to my cell phone and it be a 1-800 number. In specific a vanity 1-800 number for my business.
How do I do a daily report to sent my boss ?
It's absolutely doable, but I'm not sure exactly how to do it within your account. I recommend calling the sales rep you signed up through or RingCentral's support and they should be able to walk you though it in a matter of minutes. 😊
Can you port a mobile phone to ring central?
Yes absolutely. We've seen people port mobile phones numbers, home phone numbers, analog, virtual (as in Google Voice) and much more. As long as you own it and can prove it's "your number" it's typically portable.
Can you port a google number to ring central?
YES absolutely! I've seen people port Google Voice numbers to many many providers with NO issues. You just need to follow their instructions, pay a small fee to google and await their confirmation code which the winning provider will require before they can authorize the move from Google. It's pretty fast and very easy from what I've seen. I hope that answers your question and thanks for watching our videos.
