Mr karthi, First Tell the name of the estate, address, were abouts of that estate, exact location, altitude , average rainfall,& total extent , & weather its an arebica estate , or Robusta or etc..
And Don't focus camera on ur face, focus more on the plantation & the object or speakers.
[eg; when the person is pruning, shoot it in close up mode, how he prunes,that is more important ]

Unprofessional , learn from some profession vedio photographers who does it in wedding funtions , or from movie professional photographers how to take out door vedios.]
