Shoot your rocket then change to sticky bomb(faster in first person) or shoot your rocket then switch to homing launcher (slower but more accurate)
Also don't aim in with the homing launcher but aiming in with the rocket launcher is ok for sticky bomb method
You can also triple tap LB but that is hard to do, Their is more methods but that is all I know.
