Bedside asmr is so nurturing and maternal. You get the sense that everything will be alright. The tingles are there, but it's also extremely calming to the mind.
A lot of theory behind ASMR is that the personal attention and nurturing aspect of the videos are what make tingles because some people can be deprived of it. Of course this only applies to personal attention but it’s still interesting even though not much proper research on ASMR has been conducted

I always come back to this video it’s one of my absolute favorites!! Madame pomfrey’s personal attention is so comforting, the ambiance is so cozy and immersive, and they application of the potion to the brain is sooo tingly! I honestly don't know why anyone would dislike a video where she clearly gave an effort to make a good video and it's asmr. I don't get it!? Why dislike it? The least we could do is like it. Wats it cost us to hit like? SMH
People hit dislike for the smallest of reasons. The audio was too low, the lighting was too dim, the subject wasn't what they wanted, they prefer whispering over soft-voice or vice versa. Or they're YT-misdirected visitors who have no idea what ASMR is & got weirded out by what they don't understand. Nothing really worth worrying about unless the dislikes are much more than the average ~5%-10% of likes.

For me is the single best asmr video on the internet.. That swirly potion thing I could watch every night to put me to sleep, also the bubbling potion on the right is sooo sleepy and satisfying the attention to detail is so magical and memorising.
