Hi , you explain so well, I'm 5 rows in out of the 10 , before you single chorchet for arm holes, this is for a almost 1yr old, so I'm starting the arm holes around row 7 to 8 , and shifting to pattern of the body to all front post , thinl I'm on to something, thank you.

I finally completed the sweater this evening. I made it using the Fig color of Caron. I made this once half way but my granddaughter couldn't fit her arms. She is two. It fit perfectly everywhere else so I upped the hook size. I have to admit that I used a hook that was too big. I used a furls size 7 and it will fit her until she is in a 4-5T. I did the arms in a size 6.5. The arms came out perfect. Thank you for sharing. I wish there was a hat to go with this sweater.

This worked up beautifully, but it is very small! I would say it's more a size for a 6 month old. I highly suggest renaming your video because now I need to figure out how to make another one, only larger. But again, it's very beautiful.

You can just add 8 chains extra for each size… 2, 2 added in each side of neck yoke..

@@bronjones1184 it also depends on your yarn and hook size ma'am. May be you are using a thinner yarn or small hook size that's why your sweater is small
