Thanks, good explanation, I created Azure SQL Server, VPN and End point, I want to connect Azure SQL server from local computer for development plus Azure App Service when I deploy my macroservices, how can I do that.

For connecting SQL db from local, add your IP in firewall.
For connecting through web app, use vNET integration
