If My Pillow is an employee-owned company, the best thing those employees can do without delay is to oust Mike Lindell as CEO (or whatever he calls himself within the company). He's stinking up the joint. If they're not able to do that, I'd suggest they cash out, give their notice and go find a job at another company. This whole thing is only going to end badly for them. Lindell is drowning and you can't save him. You can only let him drag you under and drown with him.
