I honestly would say that, It is a GameBoy Color game. But it wasn’t released physically. And there are plenty of hacked or fan games released every year that can be played on original hardware. I just don’t think it’s a big deal. I get the appeal but I would not say what a lot of people are saying, and that is “There was a Gameboy Color Game Released In 2023.” It’s a cool idea but it truly isn’t any different from the occasional promotional flash game you would see back in the 2000’s in this style.
