How do you stop it from being loose the car air vent moves alot

I tightened the screw very well and so far nothing has come loose.

yes you can mount the phone also horizontal

Could do with some commentary tbh. Im trying to work out how to rotate the phone position.

You can grab the phone and simply rotate it. It locks into place every 90 degrees.
