    Thanks for the video. And the the music was not too bad or loud. Some are so annoying.
    I just made the dough on the back of the 00 bag too. Mine is rising now. Glad you showed the bottom after baking. It looked thin and crispy and some brown to it. I always use another recipe so this is a first trying the one from KA. Good idea to prebake it too. Your basil looks amazing and the garden is coming a long nicely.

      @@thegulfcoastliving sure I know how to do it that way too. But thats inside. I am talking about doing it in the Dome.
      I used to make them the way you show for lunch in a place I worked in. But I would do them in half sheet pans. And homemade pasta? Come on - I have been making it since I was a kid. We always had it at home growing up and especially ravioli for all of the holidays. When I was cooking professionally I had also had a cooking school. Home made pasta was a very popular class. I am going to get in touch with Gozney and see if they can give me any hints about getting a browned bottom pizza. Thanks for your speedy reply. .

    Hello, I followed the recipe on the back. I didn’t see the oil step? My dough has been covered nearly 24 hours . About to do the divide . Am I too far into the process to add oil?
