Is this called ma-nit-za? My friend mum makes a pastry with cheese some time pumpkin. that is similar to a Borek but she said it’s not because the pastry is different. It’s so hard finding a recipe
Dough: 500gm AP flour 1 Egg Salt Warm water (no mention of how much) Cheese filling: 600gm cheese; I would recommend international ricotta fresh 2 Eggs 3 Tbsp full fat Sour cream Salt You’ll need some melted butter for brushing your dough so it can have more layering effect. Also, you will need sour cream with some melted butter to pour over štruklji (no mention of how much) Bake at 180 C or 356 F for about 30 min

It's just butter so štruklji won't stick, and sour cream on the top.

Ne morem komentirati, videti je odlično in zelo dobro, ker pa imam poškodovani sluh ne razumem kaj se govori. Žal ni napisanega recepta.
Ako odgovorite na ovu poruku, ja cu vam napisati taj recept.
