i've said that female connectors are always on the output side of the electronics, but there was a slight mistake in the video, the positive and the negative cables, are inputs ! means they're waiting for the current from the battery! means it is suppose to be male connector. all this is just for a future precautions.

Brilliant video, fella. Very informative and well put together. I've just picked up an Oxo and wondered, if you know, is the upgrade process similar to your Ox? I was looking at picking up the ASI Bac 855 duel controllers and 72v battery but not sure how easy is to replace. Also, when upgrading the controller did you need to do anything with the motors? Thanks 😊👍
Same process yeah. Motors stays the same. Maybe some Ferrofluid for cooling, nothing more .

@@SUB13333 oh that would be great ! I have a Super73 and I want to get a BAC855 but the wiring diagram provided by ASI is a little bit confusing… and I don’t want to fry the controller accidentally.

Hey fella, can I ask a quick question? I've got the Oxo and recently upgraded the battery (72v), controllers (Asi Bac 855s) and throttle (750c display etc). It drives amazing but after about 5/10 mins the front motor stops working and I get a 'error 21h'' (display still on but no power to front motor). The rear motor continues to work fine and if I turn off / on the display the front motor starts working again...for about 5 mins. Did you have this issue when upgrading your Ox? if so, how did you fix it? Thanks again 😉👍
Well, I got a golden rule not to use any displays with this controller because there's a lot of miscommunication between the both, doesn't matter which type. You need to get access ( which is also a pita because asi won't give it to you easily ), then in the app you'll be able to see more specific reason for this issue . I've built probably more than 100 of these so I kinda seen all errors . But I need to know which is it.
@@SUB13333 Thanks man. I bought it all as a kit from the brilliant guys at: 'taisomirgaminam' (www.taisomirgaminam.lt/en/product/asi-bac-855-pp-inokim-oxo/), where the 750 was an option. Might give them a wee shout and see if they have seen similar issues in previous kits they've installed/sold (I can't be the only one). Will post an update here and let you know how I got on, fella. Update: Finally resolved the issue. Display must be wired to the rear controller/motor and throttle wired to both front and back controller/motor. Then a little tweak via the 'Bacdoor' app and all working fine, thank god. Crazy powerful now though - on mode 3 it wants to rip my arms off but on mode 5 it just lights up both wheels no matter how fast you are going. Have to say though, with all that power the throttle is still very user friendly. You can easily maintain a low constant speed, which is way better than the standard Oxo throttle which I found very twitchy when running both motors. Thanks for the help though buddy and as always, love the vids/work. 😎👍
@@crazylikeafox7290 appreciate the update , yes , this is the awesome parts in smart controllers , power modes irrelevant because throttle is sensitive for maintaining any type of speeds. Enjoy the ride!
