Before the mayoral elections 2020 the house renovated for UAH 150000 - We don't need such repairs!

To raise the rating before the mayoral elections in 2020, the house was renovated at a cost of UAH 150,000. The amount for painting, plastering and primary finishing is small. But was it worth doing a repair of this quality? At the same time, apart from finishing work, normal people always first change windows, communications ... In this case, nothing was done. The result - after less than a year, the repairs became unusable. The plaster and paint had moved away from the wall, pipes that had been leaking for almost 60 years, which led to the wall leaking. At the point of leakage, the plaster and paint were washed away. At the same time, the corresponding service turned on the fool (and most likely never turned it off) and claims that it cannot leak. But the level of people is such that they still choose "strong business executives." An attempt to resolve the issue with the help of the deputy gave nothing, just as once did not give anything "help" to the deputy in resolving the issue with hot water.

Для поднятия рейтинга перед выборами мэра в 2020 году в доме был сделан ремонт стоимостью 150000 грн. Сумма, как для покраски, штукатурки и первичной отделки - небольшая. Но стоило ли делать ремонт такого качества? При этом кроме отделочных работ нормальные люди всегда сначала меняют окна, коммуникации.... В данном случае не было сделано ничего. Результат - спустя меньше, чем через год ремонт пришёл в негодность. Штукатурка с краской отошли от стены, трубы, которым почти 60 лет дали течь, что привело к протеканию стены. В месте протекания штукатурку с краской смыло. При этом соответствующая служба включила дурака (а скорее всего никогда и не выключала) и утверждает, что не может найти течь. Но уровень людей таков, что они всё равно выбирают "крепких хозяйственников". Попытка решить вопрос с помощью депутата ничего не дала, как и когда-то ничего не дала "помощь" депутата в решении вопроса с горячей водой.
